Medical Records Representative


Local candidate required. Under the direction of the Medical Records Manager, the Medical Record Rep is responsible for managing the patient flow at the Medical Records window and assisting the practice in meeting its medical records and customer service goals. Performs a variety of routine admin tasks including but not limited to processing incoming mail/faxes and distributing to appropriate departments and/or physicians; processing electronic incoming records/reports; scanning & importing of documents into EMR and routine medical record requests. Answers the phone and greets visitors to the office. Skills needed are confidentiality, HIPAA, Microsoft 365, and medical terminology. Join our team and help us grow!

Doctors Assistant


Local candidate required. We are seeking a Float Doctors Assistant. Under the direct supervision of the physician and clinic operations manager, the Doctors Assistant (DA) will be accountable for all aspects of patient care serving as the liaison between physicians, patients, internal and external customers. The DA will provide administrative support to the physician and mid-level providers assuring that all interactions are professional, timely, and focusing on quality and excellence. The Doctors Assistant will triage all incoming calls to their extension. They will be responsible for coordinating all care for surgery or procedures with external vendors, surgery centers, hospitals, imaging centers, labs, home health, skilled nursing facilities, and therapy. Medical terminology, medical office experience, scheduling knowledge, medication awareness, and anatomy knowledge are required. Must be able to float as needed and assigned to providers. Surgery Scheduler


Local candidate required. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Surgery Scheduler to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating surgical appointments, ensuring that all necessary information is accurately recorded, and communicated. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in medical administrative support. The Surgery Scheduler schedules hospital and surgery center procedures for a busy surgeon. Schedules surgical procedures following physician availability, protocols, and patient needs. Works in electronic health systems. Communicates effectively with patients regarding their surgical appointment, and pre-operative instructions. Medical terminology, medical office experience, medications familiarity, anatomy knowledge, and scheduling knowledge are required. At least one year of prior experience performing surgery scheduling is strongly preferred. Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)


Local candidate required. The CMA is responsible for clinical functions to optimize patient flow and meet the providers' needs. Rooms patients and prepares them for physician examination by taking required vital signs per physician protocol. Provides coverage for medical assistants as needed during lunch, early morning coverage, after 5 PM coverage, and when absent from office coverage. Assists with clinical needs once trained (ex, dressing changes, suture removal, injection preparation, cast application and removal, minor procedure assisting, dispensing DMEs including OrthAssist documentation, patient education, and any necessary form completion). Cast tech experience is a plus!
Must have certification from an accredited MA program with preferably two years of experience in a medical office setting. Team up with us as a Certified Medical Assistant, and join a respected orthopedic, sports medicine, rehab, and pain management practice!
